4 Great products from Purina Beneful

Over the years I have tried several dog foods for my dogs. I have tried the expensive brands and some of the other well known name brands, but I have finally found a dog food and dog treat that both my dogs enjoy. I have been using Purinastore‘s Beneful dog food for years since I made the switch from an expensive dog food brand. I have a chocolate lab and a dachshund both dogs go crazy with excitement when they see me get the Beneful bag out of my car from the grocery store.
I have tried the Amazon best selling Beneful Original with Real Beef accented with spinach, peas and carrots. The reason I choose this food from my chocolate lab is the 23 essential vitamins and minerals along with the antioxidant rich nutrition that helps support healthy immune system. My lab loves this food, she has been happier and healthier in my opinion with this dog food.

I do switch up once and awhile with Beneful Chopped Blend. This dog food is a wet dog food [product link: https://www.beneful.com/products/wet-dog-food/] that you can see all the real ingredients once you open the container. I have tried three different chopped blends and my lab and Dachshund love all three brands they have tried. One blend is the chicken, tomatoes, carrots and wild rice. There is also Salmon, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and spinach. The last blend I have tried for my dogs has been turkey, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and spinach. Both dogs love the real ingredients in the Chopped Blend.

My dachshund loves Beneful Incredibites tender and crunchy mini bites. This food is rich in nutrition and protein. Again this food has 23 essential vitamins and minerals that is one of the pluses that I see in this food and why I feed my dogs this brand.

When the dogs are behaving and need a treat I go to Beneful’s Baked Delights dog snacks. One of the flavors that my dogs love is the Shortbread Cookie. It has the soft center flavor of apple and bacon. The other flavor they enjoy is the Beneful Hug’s. They have a soft savory center made with beef and cheese. These treats are a must have around my house for my “fur kids”.

Each one of Purina’s Beneful brands are 100% made in the U.S.A with the best ingredients. If you have not tried this brand I highly recommend Beneful to any dog lover that is looking for a healthy dog food.

The Hidden Dangers of AirBnB: A Caution for Homeowners

AirBnB has revolutionized the temporary lodging industry. With AirBnB, homeowners have discovered a way to pay expenses simply by listing their home (or only a room or two) for rent online. Travelers save some money, owners make some money, and everyone is happy.

Well, it’s not always that simple. Sometimes, bad things happen to properties, landlords, renters, or all three. Renting out a home on AirBnB is still renting out a home.

As seen in a few well-publicized incidents, short-term renters can be a handful — even those already known through services like AirBnB. They don’t always follow rules. Things happen. Losses can be incurred.

It pays to understand the potential downside of renting your house before jumping into the fray. http://hackronym.com/wealth-solutions-insurance-and-other-considerations-when-renting-on-airbnb/

Renters from AirBnB are tenants like any others. They can be injured while on your property. They can steal valuable contents from the home. They can damage neighbors’ property. They can refuse payment. AirBnB generally won’t cover these incidents.

AirBnB includes insurance of a sort, but this is only secondary to standard homeowner’s coverage. It doesn’t take effect until standard coverage has reached its limit. In some cases, the homeowner’s policy won’t pay damages at all.

Before listing a home or room on AirBnB, it’s wise to consult a financial professional like Austin’s Richard D. Blair. Blair’s firm Wealth Solutions, Incorporated offers advice to homeowners considering entering the short-term rental business. Blair has 22 years of experience as a financial planner, and can offer advice on how to protect yourself before risking loss due to a short-term rental gone wrong.

Richard Blair is also a fully-qualified wealth advisor and financial planner able to guide customers through all aspects of wealth management and financial life. He’s certified as a Registered Investment Advisor and a Certified Estate and Trust Specialist. He started Wealth Solutions immediately out of college in 1994, and has a long record of successfully guiding customers towards their goals, whether as landlords of short-term rentals, or something even more ambitious.

Before listing your home on AirBnB and making that leap, consult a qualified financial planner like Richard Blair.
